Goodbye Windows. Hello Ubuntu

After the frustration of constant blue screens, slow start ups and general misbehaviour i decided to ditch windows for a different operating system. This operating system is ubuntu.

After getting ubuntu up and running with was a bit harder then windows (except my wireless just worked lol) i have to say i'm happy with my choice. it's all faster, the software is free and it feels better actually having to work to get something from ubuntu. a strange sense of accomplishment.

Anyway nice knowing you windows. your no longer useful to me (until i find some software i can replace but thats not to likely)

I managed to get 100% on expert :)

Yes after a few goes on rock band track "When you we're Young" i got my 5 GOLD stars and a 100% but i now know that getting into the top 100 was foolish. even the top 1000 would be effort. i'm not even sure if my score counts since it was done in quick play rather then solo tour.

Anyway ive done it. There's the screenshot.

EDIT: it did count! im now ranked 1854 in the world at that song.

Playstation® 3 System Firmware 2.41 Released

After last weeks firmware fiasco it appears that sony have corrected the problem with 2.41.

For everyone who has 2.4 there is really nothing new except a new platinum throphy icon but for everyone else this is basically 2.4.

Now just roll on some games with music and throphy support :)

so i was playing guitar carrer on rock band when i came up to my old friend from guitar hero 3, When you were young. I got 100% on hard so naturally was quite pleased.

I went to the rankings to see where i was in the world and im somewhere around the 5000 mark but i thought why stop there? im gonna try to get 100% on expert and get in the top 100 or something.

Checked out the expert version and im getting about 98% at the moment but it's within touching distance. Wish me luck. KuBuH im coming for ya.
